I trained as an electrical engineer and spent most of my career in operations. For the past year the work has been local AI systems and platform infrastructure.

I spent roughly sixteen years as a civilian inside the U.S. Army's logistics enterprise. It started as engineering and grew into program operations, resource decisions, team leadership, and briefing executives.
What I can say publicly: funding portfolios over $70 million and teams of up to 30 people. What stuck with me is smaller than that. Work with real consequences needs someone who clearly owns it, decisions you can still defend a year later, and records that outlast whoever wrote them.

Set up as an operations consulting practice, and as a place to test whether the way I work transfers to smaller organizations.

The lab gets serious
Playground and Nexus grew past being experiments. The commissioning method got sharper because I kept having to use it.

Building things and writing them down while I work out whether the next step is a job, a client, or a product.
Current direction
Three ways this could go.
Any of these could be the next step. I would rather choose based on what the work shows than on how quickly I need an answer.
