Ryan Gentry

I spent over a decade as a civilian operations leader embedded in the U.S. Army's logistics enterprise — managing programs, building systems, and leading teams in one of the more demanding operational environments out there. It wasn't glamorous work, but it was real: real deadlines, real accountability, and real consequences when something broke down.

When I left that world, I didn't want to walk away from the part I was actually good at — helping organizations run better. Gentry Advisory is how I do that for growing businesses, startups, small teams, and professional organizations. The problems are different in scale, but the core challenge is the same: turning informal, person-dependent operations into something a team can run and improve.
